The Drill Team EP was a bit of serendipity for me as a designer. The band had a fun sort of sweet vision about their music, which made the project fun and easy. Bernard’s vintage illustration style achieved a graceful and lighthearted atmosphere combating with a more direct, hard-edged red-and-white logo. The purely cardboard packge and paper wraparound sticker gave a second layer with a warm, naive sort of aesthetic that mirrors the product intent.
