SL Green Realty 2009

Addison, New York, New York, New York, 2010

Description

Project brief: Despite market fluctuations and real estate cycles, SL Green’s solid and well-managed portfolio of high-quality skyscrapers is strongly positioned for long-term performance.

Approach: This message was simply and boldly expressed through a set of information graphics, an unflinching series of performance figures and an original photo essay that focused tightly on the facade of selected SL Green properties, reflecting the energy and flux of the environment that surrounds them. The high-gloss photography and tactile uncoated paper underscore the steel, glass and stone of the architecture.

Effectiveness: The client and we consider this piece effective as a successful example of the client’s strategy made visible. It combines the qualities of being focused, intelligent and impactful.
