Nike "NYC" Graffiti Figures

Nike "NYC" Graffiti Figures

Wieden & Kennedy, Portland, Oregon, 1995

Description

These graffiti-inspired basketball-playing "alien" figures were created to reflect the flair, fantasy, and flourish of NYC's streetball players. The figures appeared in an outdoor advertising campaign, on a court design in Brooklyn, and were animated in a 90-second film trailer shown in movie theaters throughout the city.
