A6 Book

MetaDesign, San Francisco, California, 1996

Description

The A6 book was created on the occasion of the 1995 Aspen Design Conference, the theme of which was German design. The book highlights the everyday cultural differences that we, as an international firm with offices in San Francisco, London, and Berlin, deal with, differences that the language of design must transcend. An extremely short design and production schedule, a host of transatlantic faxes, and an agonizing decision over which red to use left us with a handy little book that, we hope, amuses as it educates.
