We worked with Target to determine the look of Halloween 2001 at Target stores, and these hangtags were part of a comprehensive system. Miss Witch was just one of a much larger cast of friendly, ghoulish characters who appeared throughout the store on everything from signage, T-shirts and pajama bottoms to paper towels and candy packaging.
