Description

Capitol Records had an untapped musical archive in the Ultra Lounge series. In its day the music was romantic and full of sexual innuendo, yet cool and the epitome of the bachelor-pad style. It is still cool today to a whole new generation as we’re seeing in fashion, movies, clubs and lifestyle. Having named the series Ultra Lounge, what could be more “ultra” than using false fur and a plastic logo on our packaging - seductive materials for seductive music, even down to the martini olive on the CD itself. Our job was to provide a unique and affordable way to showcase selections from this series.
