The illustration of the wooden, tree-like fork symbolizes natural, organic gastronomy. The Willy Street Co-op provides fairly priced goods and services while supporting local and organic suppliers. It was fitting not only to have this image represent the mission but also to print with water-based inks on 100-percent organic cotton.
