Varoom balances in-depth essays and critiques on the illustration field with visual showcases of illustration practitioners’ work. A simple grid was created to display the visual work as clearly and objectively as possible. Text pages that are simple to navigate with picture numbering within the text blocks steer the reader toward the images mentioned. The headline typeface, Supersize, was created especially for the magazine.
