Description

The design of The Balthazar Cookbook is a natural extension of the branding we created for the restaurant. We wanted the cookbook to capture the energy and style of Balthazar so that it would both appeal to those who treasure the experience of eating at the restaurant and engage those who have yet to visit. The cookbook features some of the recipes that made Balthazar famous, and appeals to Balthazar customers, weekend chefs and gastronomes. The book is distributed in bookstores and in a point-of-purchase display at the restaurant.
