Description

The overriding theme, or tenor, of Pressing Issues, a completely hand-produced book, was to reveal through foundry type and digital plastic plates the subtle nuances of language in letterforms. The text describes personal observations about social dilemmas we are experiencing as we approach the new millennium. Printing these “headlines” of today by methods of fine press work lifts the text from the level of newspapers and periodicals and places it at the level of high literature.
