Description

Projects like these are always in danger of being diluted by the bureaucracies that overshadow the work of the individual. This book negotiated these politics by giving primacy to the work of the artists. Putting the art forward certainly made for a more visually engaging book. It also suitably memorialized the efforts of many individuals involved in this three-year arts partnership project.
