Description

It was my daughter’s first Christmas and I wanted to make something for her. Every night I read to her in Portuguese and English, so I decided to create an alphabet book that I could read in both languages. I decided to create a whole menagerie out of one single weight of a family font-Bembo Roman. The animals had to be constructed with the letters of its own name. There were no common animals in Portuguese and English for the letters N, O, X and W, so ultimately I had to drop the bilingual aspect of the project.
