Description

The illustrator’s soft pencil drawings of little Albert, the turtle, and his family reflect the author’s text with humor and compassion. The text and illustrations are printed in warm “turtle” brown to extend the gentle mood of the story. The book was held to a price that would make it available to a large audience.
