Description

This book explores Goya’s methods of working, and he development of his ideas from original drawing to final print. Several impressions of the same print are often shown in different stages, and the drawings have been selected to show their relation to the design or imagery of a print. Most of the originals have been photographed in 300-line screen to show subtleties of platemaking and inking.
