Description

PBS wanted to use the annual report to speak to the general managers of all broadcasting stations across the country and show that it has stood behind its word to promote quality, inspirational, informative and entertaining programming. The solution was to communicate the quality of PBS programming by featuring letters from viewers stating how programs affected their lives and stayed with them long after the television was turned off.
