These spots were designed to represent the point of view of the new Sega Dreamcast console, a machine developed to be smart enough to analyze, predict and counter the player’s every move. The triangular framing device is a reference to the triangular window on the game console that was designed to function as the Dreamcast’s eye. The triangular device opens up at the start of the spots, which are numbered and color coded, creating visual and conceptual consistency.
