This software is designed to help clinical pharmacists and physicians integrate complex treatment pathways into their everyday practice. Since the software itself can be rather intimidating, we believe that an important part of our role as designers and writers is to make it intriguing and accessible. It helped to have a client who was willing to go with an idea that is uncharacteristic of the industry, which tends to be very conservative. We liked the cover because it addresses the precise function of the software in a way that is completely unexpected.
