A hunting accident goes awry, a little girl is accidentally shot, and a large sum of money is found on her person—thus begins the action of A Single Shot. No trespassing/no hunting signs are the impetus for this design. Had they been there, would this accident have occurred? The design itself relies on the familiar coloration and typography of commonplace signage that hopefully, when seen out of context, sparks interest and curiosity in the viewer.
