The Adobe Graphics Sampler CD was created first of all, to give testament to Adobes’ graphics products by showcasing them in a visually rich environment created with the software itself. Second to get current and prospective customers excited about the products by showing them artwork and digital video of professionals who use our software. Third to present some of our customers work and give them a little promotion in the process. And finally to provide information such as; system requirements, features and benefits, and any ordering information they might need about all of our products.
We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project, it gave us an opportunity to explore ideas in multimedia navigation and presentation. We chose a Jazz theme partially because it was fresh and interested us but also because the design and layout of the great 50’s album art made for a clean yet fascinating interface while not interfering with the information. This theme also gave us the chance to show another side of Adobe to its customers.
