Description

A silkscreen poster for the showcase production of the Third New Immigrant Play Festival at the Vineyard Theatre. This is the story of an immigrant, called by the haunting voices of his wife Penelope. He leaves his New York girlfriend Calypso to make a surreal odyssey back to his homeland.
After a discussion with the director Marcy Arlin, we decided to create an image showing the woman as the moving power behind Odysseus’ voyage home.
