Description

We were asked to create a recruitment campaign for The Boston Consulting Group that positions the company as the employer of choice among prospective recruits, undergraduates, graduates and post-graduates. Our solution was to visualize BCG’s creative approach to problem solving. The message (“Can you see it?”) embedded in the background pattern invites its audience to look beyond the status quo and see possibilities others cannot.

The poster was produced in black and white so that it could be published in newsprint, student publications and posters.

Juror Notes

“It’s always a challenge to find stimulating intellectual content in corporate design. This does it—and it was produced with economy.”
