The Traveler’s Guide to Route 66 is the third in Weyerhaeuser Paper’s series entitled American Artifacts. The audience is graphic designers, art directors, and printers. The intended use of the promotional brochure is to stimulate ideas and demonstrate the qualities of Weyerhaeuser’s Cougar Opaque through a myriad of printing processes. The subject matter offers an entertaining glimpse at America’s most legendary highway, and the unique culture, and iconography surrounding it.
