Description

The existing forms lacked cohesive nomenclature, visual hierarchy and were not user-friendly. My only guidelines for their redesign were that the forms should be 8.5 by 11 inches, black and white and reproducible by Xerox. I created a consistent and functional system that used design to inform, instruct and direct the intended user in universal applications.
