Reservoir conceived, wrote and designed this invitation for its sixth annual Holiday Party ™. It should be noted that in keeping with SEC requirements, no detail is left unreported or unchecked. Every detail is carefully considered, from explicit instructions for proxy voting to information on the whereabouts of absent (and fictitious) shareholder, Eric Estrada. Dialing Mr. Estrada’s last-known phone number will put you in touch with a friendly receptionist at the Holiday Inn in Torrance, California (where Mr. Estrada purportedly once lived).
