Description

Byzantium is published by Cal Poly’s English department. It showcases winning entries from the school’s literary contest. Because of the nature of the project, I wanted to create something visually exciting yet with a quiet elegance. The idea was to design the book so those who own it will cherish it. Delicate design elements and deep solid colors help create the idea that Byzantium contains something precious.
