When Jiffy Lube retained Siegelgale, its primary objective was to reinvigorate its brand—both to educate consumers about the significance of changing their oil regularly and to position Jiffy Lube for other light maintenance services beyond the oil change.
Siegelgale worked with Jiffy Lube to create and launch a redesigned website, which includes “How Cars Work,” a dynamic Flash module to help people understand, in the most basic terms, automotive maintenance fundamentals.
To make the experience both educating and engaging to Jiffy Lube’s broad audience, Siegelgale devised a solution grounded in the best thinking in car care today by collaborating with Pennzoil Quaker State’s Research & Development facility’s technical and industry advisors. “How Cars Work” was developed from the ground up to create a world of better, smarter car owners.
