Description

L’Abbaye needed a brochure that would solicit the interest of American students and their parents to fill enrollment for its inaugural semester. The combination of classic photography and famous quotes regarding travel, experience and the Loire Valley evoke an appropriate sense of tradition and place. Color photography that follows an almost documentarian “follow the orange backpack/shirt” theme creates a sense of accessibility and allows students to project themselves into France’s contemporary culture by throwing light not only on what they expect to see but on colloquialisms that they otherwise may not have considered.
