The selection of André Kertész’s “Distortion” was a response to the tone of this somewhat twisted collection of love stories. The typography was a response to the photograph.

Very sixties. There is a real relationship between the photo and the type. They carried the idea out even to the folio. Simple idea that gets the point across. Big gesture.
