Description

This book covers the world of sex, drugs and rock and roll in modern downtown Shanghai. At the center of the story is a young woman struggling to find who she is. I wanted the cover to show both sides of her, the drug addict as well as the little girl who is still capable of doodling and dreaming.

Juror Notes

“Usually I am all about focus, but somehow this works for me because of its lack thereof. It is representative of the story. It is beautiful and casual and refreshing.” Archie Ferguson
