“Happy Days”—doesn’t that say it all. Weezer’s fan base has a true appreciation for all things retro, so of course Weezer’s video needed to tap into the retro TV shows. Spike Jonze creatively superimposed Weezer performing at Al’s bar, while the “Happy Days” cast seems to be responding to Weezer.
