Description

The College Recruiting Website was created for computer science students and graduates seeking information and resources about employment at Microsoft. The intention was to provide a fresh and exciting view into working for Microsoft and living in the Pacific Northwest.

This design facilitates understanding by using an easy-to-navigate, attractive environment that focuses on key messages of interest rather than technology tricks. Design and copy work in conjunction to intrigue the potential employee about the possibilities of working at Microsoft and living in the Northwest, making it easy for them to identify the appropriate job and apply immediately, and rewarding them for registering at the site.
