The graphic “Autopsy of a Muslim Village” describes how one small village has been ravaged by four years of fighting in Bosnia. To create the graphic, each family was interviewed by the correspondent and photographs were taken of family portraits. The village and the map were drawn from on-site sketches provided by the correspondent. Newsweek magazine has a varied readership of approximately 3.8 million domestic and approximately 1.5 million international.
