Description

The life of an artist is often perceived as the antithesis of material success. For this reason, the school’s requests for money were usually dismissed and sometimes resented. My mission was to increase financial support from the alumni of the Rhode Island School of Design by helping alumni understand how valuable their RISD education actually is. I pointed out how the quality of their daily life is greatly enhanced by their RISD education, which gave them the visual skills to enjoy their life as a wonderful museum, and appreciate the smallest things. Their education is an invaluable tool, one well worth supporting.
