Description

Designers, print buyers, service bureau personnel, printers—anyone who works with process color for print reproduction— can use the Postscript Process Color Guide to aid in specifying color. The book seeks to provide general information about variables influencing CMYK color specification, such as color gamuts, monitor calibration, color management, and dot gain. We also show inks on different papers and different screens in side-by-side comparisons. The clear labeling and simplicity of the design, along with special features such as the perforated viewing templates (for isolating a color you would like to see) make this guide extremely useful and practical.
