Description

And No Birds Sang is a book that was born out the grief and confusion of September 11, 2001. The sole purpose of the book was to communicate the vision and feelings of one photographer’s perspective to the greater whole of society. The printing was done on a five-color press running a four-color image separation with a one-color Pantone spot ink. The project was produced by The Actualizers, with the printing done in Spain by SYL International. The goal was to manufacture a historical document that was meditative, simple, personal and intimate with great reverence for the images inside.
