Imaginary Forces created a brand identity for the Lifetime Television Network based on the idea that a woman’s journal is where she records and commemorates the special events and the everyday details of her life. To reach the network’s broad and ever-expanding audience, the journal concept ties together Lifetime’s identity across all of its platforms: broadcast, print and online. In addition to the traditional elements of a network package, Imaginary Forces also wrote, directed and produced a series of interstitials based on the tagline, “In My Lifetime.” Covering a range of experience and emotion, these short stories are told by individual women recounting the events that led to a photo or entry in their journal.
