Wert & Company is an international recruitment agency specializing in executive searches within the creative community. The site provides users with background information about the company and their services and contains an extensive list of links to Wert & Company’s talent pool. Through the site, potential clients can request further information, while job candidates can submit their resumes and complete a form containing all the necessary information to get them into Wert & Company’s database.

The graphic language of the site (large areas of flat color, circles, ampersands, and a visible grid) evolved out of Wert & Company’s existing identity. I/o 360 further developed this visual language through a series of animated sequences that form a decodable analogy to Wert & Company’s business.
