Chicago’s Famous Buildings

Chicago’s Famous Buildings

Cameron Poulter, Chicago, Illinois, 1969

Description

The design for this book was conceived as a graphic architectural framework, within which there was enough variation to display the different kinds of material the editor felt was necessary to describe each building. The design of the book was based on a thematic organizational concept, which was then sub-divided chronologically. The attempt of the design is to express a total architectural feel, and aid in the use of the book as a reference tool.
