Description

The Philadelphia Workforce Investment Board (PWIB) wanted to raise awareness about the city’s workforce challenges, positioning them as opportunities for economic and social growth. A Tale of Two Cities tells the story of two Philadelphias, one that is advancing in the knowledge economy and another that is falling behind. The publication was created to develop solutions for these two cities to come together and thrive and prosper as one city.
