“I remember seeing this delightful project on a cold winter’s evening and smiling widely at all the little kids having a blast as they tumbled around in these imaginary snowflakes. Like The Gates, this project was completely unnecessary, but a lovely addition to otherwise bleak New York City winter nights.”
