Wig magazine, an eclectic independent publication, aims to pull the reader into the moment with editorial features that speak in a personal voice. The designer of this article wrote, illustrated, and photographed the story as a personal journal. Her intent was to convey – in word and image – a participatory, emotionally radical sense of snowboarding as a sport.
