Extinctions

Extinctions

Kondrup Design, Pasadena, California, 1996

Description

Recent times have shown an increasing awareness of ecology and growing disapproval of the corporate and political policies that support the exploitation of the environment. They may be reactions to living in a man-made environment that developed from centuries of a world view emphasizing human isolation from nature. Extinctions is a memorial book in remembrance of mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, and amphibians that have become extinct over the past 500 years.
