Each year, COR includes an educational section in their annual report that gives readers background and insight into the world of cardiovascular care. This year, we looked at the cases of three patients diagnosed with cardiovascular disease. A physician’s docket contains many of the tests, reports, and documents that each patient must undergo. Included in the docket are an angiogram in a slipsleeve, EKG strips, a thallium scan, and a cath report.
