This is a journalistic social commentary of the years from 1878 to the turn of the century. The woodcut and steel engraving illustrations were shot from original copies of The Police Gazette in fine-line by Scott Screen Prints.

Special Features: Two-color sixteen-page insert is facsimile of an issue of The Police Gazette. Pink Color is overall benday – 20% of PMS 213 (pink color could not be matched from available papers.)
