Skate School Video
Nike, Inc., Beaverton, Oregon, 1997
Description
The Skate School video was created as to teach sales reps and clerks about the unique features of the Nike inline skates. It is a technical video, but is presented in a low-tech, entertaining way. Low-tech animation and simple type were used to tell the story and compliment the genre (and the budget). I feel that this project was successful because the simplicity stands out in the current craze of high-tech, fast-moving, layered visuals.
