Jane Eyre

Description

Juror Notes

One of the best books which has yet appeared in the Illustrated Modern Library series, this has paper better than average, composition and presswork that are very good, display simple but effective, illustrations not inharmonious with the type, and a binding that is neat and pretty. Not being too ambitious for an effect, it is highly successful. While all the volumes in this series are extremely well done, considering their price and mass production, some hold together better in all their components than the rest.
