The Solaria Corporation
Factor Design, Inc., 2007
Description
Following a successful rebranding, Solaria, a solar-energy firm based in Fremont, Calif., was preparing to move its innovative technology closer to commercialization. To publicly launch the company, Factor Design developed a corporate brochure establishing how and why Solaria was prepared to disrupt the economics of this emerging industry. The brochure’s design sought to avoid typical green clichés and to introduce a specific illustration style to humanize an otherwise technical product and process. The running narrative expands the practical approach Solaria takes to achsieve an easily adaptable and scalable innovation that can be implemented today.
