Target Stores Beverage Cups
Studio D Design, 1998
Description
These beverage cups were redesigned with one main objective in mind—to reduce printing costs. We also wanted to create something fun, refreshing, and memorable to express the unique flavor of Target Stores. The subject matter was drawn from the broad range of Target’s customers. Keeping in mind the printing challenges, we told the story in a whimsical and quirky illustration style that lent itself to the irregularities of flexographic printing. The cups not only serve a distinct purpose, they continue to advertise Target once they have left the store.
