Molecular Biosystems 1998 Annual Report
Cahan & Associates, San Francisco, California, 1998
Description
A substantial portion of ultrasound images are unfit for diagnostic purposes because of poor contrast. Molecular Biosystems has created a contrast agent that dramatically increases the readability and clarity of ultrasound images. In order to capture the importance of this significant development, we presented a series of murky photographs, along with questions asking the reader to identify and “diagnose” the contents of each photo. Obviously, these questions are very difficult to answer. The quiz-like exercise is analogous to the physician’s predicament in trying to make accurate diagnoses without clear images.
