The audience was those who know and love the work of the artist as well as those who would like to know him. This project brought with it a great challenge as well as an honor. The challenge was to design and produce a catalogue that approached the high standards of Leonard Baskin and to do so on a very small budget. Generous contributions by all who were involved and a strict adherence to the spirit of Baskin’s work made the challenge easier. The honor was all mine.
